Happy Friday!
I hope everyone had a great week! I appreciate your willingness to be flexible during this time of constant change. I know that it can be challenging, but I am so thankful for your help!
If you have not yet completed the District Survey, please do so today. Your preference is critical to the planning for student return.
For those returning for Face to Face instruction (those who are staying virtual can skip down to where it says ‘Small Groups’):
School Time: 7:10-2:20
Your child will be able to begin entering school at 7:10 and at 7:40 classes will begin.
Transportation:
If you need to look up your bus information, please use this website: https://edulogweb.fultonschools.org/testwq/webquery/
Sending Snacks:
Snacks will no longer be provided by the school. Please help your child remember to bring a snack to school each time they’re here. Thank you for your help with this!
Bringing Lunch to School: For those bringing lunches during Phase 3, we encourage you to send containers that your child will be able to open by themselves. Also please send all utensils and condiments for your child (forks, knives, napkins, etc.) because we will not be providing this for your child.
Water Bottles: Water cups will not be provided in the cafeteria and water fountains will also be off limits. Please make sure that your child brings a water bottle to school.
Shoes: We are no longer allowed to tie shoes. The school is asking that if your child does not know how to tie their own shoes, please spend time this week practicing that skill. There are also shoelaces available for purchase that don’t need to be tied. Click HERE if that is something you’re interested in😊.
Small Groups
Due to the scheduling of phase 3, we will no longer be able to meet with students in small groups from 12:40-1:40. The weekly schedule has been updated to show this change. We are working on a schedule that will allow for small groups to occur in the coming weeks. We will let you know once this has been figured out.
Graded Assignments
Next week, we will be grading the following assignments:
Math:
Formative: “10 more 10 Less” Seesaw assignment on Wednesday.
ELA:
Summative: “Oh No!” Seesaw assignment on Thursday.
Spelling Words for this week – Short o
dot, jog, top, sod, rot, cot, pot, hot, pop, mop
